7U 4v4, 8U 5v5 & 8U 7v7 (8:00am-8:30am)
9U (8:30am-9:15am)
10U (9:15am-10:00am)
11U (10:00am-10:45am)
12U (10:45am-11:30am)
Break (11:30am-12:00pm)
13U (12:00pm-12:45pm)
14U (12:45pm-1:30pm)
15U (1:30pm-2:15pm)
Note: Teams that are playing IYSA or Midwest Conference only do not attend this meeting
Important:
A preliminary seeding will be released to all clubs Friday 7/26, prior to the seeding meeting. All changes or movement of teams only happens at the seeding meeting. No changes will be made after the time for an age group ends. At that time the seeding for that age group will be final. Each club must have a representative present for every age group they have a team participating. Just because you are happy with where your team is placed on the preliminary seeding, does not mean that they will stay there. If you do not have a representative present at the meeting, no protests will be allowed if your team is moved during the seeding meeting. (Please do not email the YSSL office asking that we be your representative at the meeting nor we that ask for team placement in your stead.)
